Shipping Policy

Charge
We offer shipping fees within Canada as per below. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes
Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and added to the product value before order confirmation, based on the applicable rate for each Canadian province.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Rest assured that your order should arrive within the delivery timeframe stated above. Unfortunately, orders may be delayed due to forces out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived by the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

Packaging
As a general practice, we aim to ship all items in an order together. However, if splitting your order allows for faster delivery, we may do so. In that case, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.
