Return & Refund Policy
Time restrictions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and shipped within this timeframe.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
At this time, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Reimbursable costs
Kindly note that the original shipping cost and any insurance fees are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unaltered, with all original stickers and tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
- Any return sent to an address other than the one specified by us will not be received and, therefore, will not qualify for a refund.
Refund process
Please note that initiating a return and sending items back does not guarantee a refund. Once we receive your return, the condition of the items will be assessed to determine refund eligibility.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Consider it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
- If your return is not approved, we can ship the items back to you at your expense.
Starting a return
To start a return, log in to your account and initiate the request. You’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions to finalize the process. Please note that the shipping cost for returning items is the responsibility of the client.
